2. Software Function & Scope

ShopiClean provides client-side file transformation tools to sanitize inventory datasets against published Shopify CSV schemas. The service is provided "as is". Users are responsible for inspecting their converted preview samples prior to triggering mass catalog updates on live production storefronts.

ShopiClean is an independent software tool and is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or certified by Shopify Inc. "Shopify" is a registered trademark of Shopify Inc.

4. Refund Policy

If an exported CSV file processed through a paid tier fails to import due to a schema bug covered by our repair rules, customers can request a complete 100% refund by reaching out to support within 14 days of purchase.
