Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to install any apps or give access to my Shopify store?

No. ShopiClean requires zero Shopify store access, API keys, or permissions. It is an independent browser utility: you fix the file on this page, and then upload the repaired CSV into your store yourself.

Is my customer or supplier data private?

Yes, 100%. All processing occurs completely inside your web browser’s memory using client-side JavaScript. Your inventory files, product costs, and supplier data are never sent to or saved on any server.

What common Shopify CSV errors does this fix?

It resolves illegal currency symbols ($/€/£) in price columns, missing or mismatched Handle slugs, invalid UTF-8 characters that corrupt product titles, missing inventory tracker policies, local file path errors (like C:\), and the 100-variant per product limitation.

What if the repaired file still won't import?

We stand behind our tools. If your repaired CSV fails to upload properly to Shopify after following our guidelines, send your file and error log to support@shopiclean.com within 14 days for a full refund.
